In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 789rp. They are effective from the date you first register an account or, where you were already registered prior to the effective date stated in this document, from that effective date. 789rp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with any additional terms applicable to specific products or promotions, including the 789rp Bonus Terms, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 789rp.

To open and maintain a 789rp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 789rp does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the 789rp platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through 789rp or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 789rp or any of its affiliated software or payment service providers.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

To access 789rp's products and services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 789rp account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 789rp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 789rp support immediately via the live chat facility available at /789rp-login.
• Account closure requests: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 789rp customer support. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances will be paid out subject to completed KYC verification.

789rp is committed to operating a secure platform that prevents fraud, underage gambling, and money laundering. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following terms apply:

• KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• 789rp may request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, upon reaching defined deposit thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected.

All transactions on 789rp are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 789rp may request additional verification for deposits above defined thresholds.
• Deposits may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP (bank transfer), and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 789rp wallet within minutes of confirmed payment. Where a deposit is not credited within a reasonable period, you must contact support with your proof of transfer.
• 789rp does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets registered in your name and previously verified under KYC. 789rp does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during 08:00–22:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are targeted for processing within five minutes of approval. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the earliest opportunity on the following business day.
• 789rp does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which 789rp accepts no liability.
• 789rp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests before processing, particularly where amounts are large or where account activity warrants additional review.

789rp operates a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time. Accepting a new bonus will forfeit any existing bonus balance and associated wagering progress.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not claimed or wagered through within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed KYC verification. 789rp reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting, abusing, or attempting to circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will have their bonus forfeited and their account may be suspended.
• No self-exclusion overlap: Players who have activated any responsible gaming limit or self-exclusion tool are not eligible to receive or activate promotional bonuses during that period.

• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players — including in poker tournaments — is prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

789rp is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. Gambling should be an enjoyable, controlled form of entertainment — not a source of financial or personal distress. 789rp provides the following tools to all registered members:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits and reminders: You may configure session duration alerts that notify you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Cooling-off / time-out: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period). During a time-out, you may not deposit, play, or claim bonuses.
• Self-exclusion: You may permanently self-exclude from 789rp. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months and cannot be lifted before that period expires. Contact support to activate permanent self-exclusion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789rp's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 789rp account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

789rp accepts no liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity interruptions, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond 789rp's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including those resulting from the use of prohibited software or creation of multiple accounts.
• Accuracy of information provided on the platform for general informational purposes, including odds, match statistics, or promotional descriptions, which may be subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 789rp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

789rp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity, including fraud, collusion, money laundering, or use of automated betting tools.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account termination for breach, 789rp reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances may be returned to the player subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding liability owed to 789rp.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 789rp is licensed and regulated internationally.

789rp operates as an internationally licensed platform. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions in your local jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any laws applicable to you as a resident of Indonesia before registering and using the platform.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through 789rp customer support shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
